Attendance Follow-up

To follow up on attendance first click on this link:

https://canggu.managebac.com/teacher/attendance/homeroom/reminders/confirm

This will open on the “Reminder Emails” tab of “Attendance Manager”

Click on “Send reminders out” to remind teachers who have not done their attendance. The agreed time is: 8:50 am.

If it looks like this:

Then there is no one to send a reminder to because everyone has done their attendance.

If you need to stagger the times for different sections of the school use the drop down list on the right hand side to select the appropriate part.

Please note that no PC groups are in the “High School” part of the school. Secondary is Middle School, Cambridge IGCSE and IB Diploma.

Please note that because of Gotong Royong / Indonesian, some teachers might come up as missing attendance even if they have done the appropriate attendance for their own class. This is often more of an issue during extended PC time on Wedensday
